Noah Anleitner bf91ed85fb cape: Link the Bluetooth node to the AOSS QMP device 
The 6.6 btpower driver resolves the AOP through qcom,qmp rather than the
mailbox channel. Without it, it skips its AOP setup and never configures
the internal power amplifier rail it shares with WLAN.
