Simão Gomes Viana 2a5e4f7251 Introduce the brand assets repository Brand assets such as the boot animation used to sit inside the product configuration repository and were packaged by makefiles there. Now they have a repository of their own and are built as Soong modules, so the product configuration only lists the resulting packages. This change starts the repository with a README that states its role. Assets of our own and assets carried from LineageOS are kept in separate repositories so the origin of each file is visible in its path. This repository is the one for our own work. Brand assets such as the boot animation used to sit inside the product
configuration repository and were packaged by makefiles there.

Brand assets of the product layer, built as Soong modules. Starts with the boot animation: the frame generator, the genrule that runs it at build time and zips the frames, and the module that installs the result.
