Simão Gomes Viana 5ac156aa12 Introduce the LineageOS assets repository Assets that originate from LineageOS, such as the charger images, the SPN list and the sounds, used to sit inside the product configuration repository without their history. Now they have a repository of their own, and each of them is carried with its original commits, so authorship stays intact. This change starts the repository with a README that states its role. The assets themselves are merged in later with their history. Keeping LineageOS work apart from our own work makes the origin of each file visible in its path and keeps the attribution honest. Introduce the LineageOS assets repository

Assets that originate from LineageOS, such as the charger images, the SPN
list and the sounds, used to sit inside the product configuration
repository without their history.

Now they have a repository of their own, and each of them is carried with
its original commits, so authorship stays intact.

This change starts the repository with a README that states its role. The

Assets carried from LineageOS with their history: the charger images and animation, the SPN list and the ringtone, notification and alarm sounds. Each is built as a Soong module and listed by the product layer.
