TheScarastic: Adapt to extension lib and support 12 BiometricPrompt
ArianK16a: Adapt layer name to UdfpsControllerOverlay for Android 13
    and only compare the prefix. Drop the BufferQueueLayer change
    because it seems unnecessary.
